Quadel is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Process HAP payments via check, ACH, or wire transfers
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and journal entries
- Support audits by providing required documentation and information
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reconciliation)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in affordable housing or property management accounting is a plus
