Quadel is looking for experienced housing professionals to join our team as Contract Trainers. This is an opportunity to share your knowledge, work with housing agencies nationwide, and help staff build confidence in program administration, compliance, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training on:
    • Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Administration
    • Public Housing Occupancy and Operations
    • Eligibility and Admissions
    • Income Determinations and Rent Calculations
    • Recertifications
    • HQS Inspections
    • Waiting List Management
    • SEMAP and PHAS Performance
    • HUD Compliance and Best Practices
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive learning sessions.
  • Provide technical assistance and operational guidance to housing agencies.
  • Develop and customize training materials to meet client needs.
  • Share practical solutions and real-world experiences that help agencies improve performance.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience administering Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and/or Public Housing programs

✅ Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements

✅ Experience in occupancy, eligibility, inspections, rent calculations, recertifications, quality control, or program management

✅ Excellent presentation and communication skills

✅ Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or public speaking experience preferred

✅ Industry certifications such as PHM, HCV, COS, HQS, UPCS, or similar credentials are a plus

Travel: This position may require up to 50% travel based on client needs and project requirements.

Pay Transparency Notice: The anticipated compensation range for this opportunity is $100-$110 per hour. Compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, project scope, travel requirements, and other lawful business factors. The posted range reflects Quadel's good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may be modified as permitted by law.
