JOB SUMMARY
The Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering meaningful data and performance reporting to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making. This position is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization.

This position is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain standard and customized reports for leadership and functional teams
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to create clear, actionable dashboards and summaries
- Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies through regular audits and quality checks
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend data solutions
- Perform trend analysis and provide insights to support process improvements and business outcomes
- Maintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and reporting standards
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and security guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole a plus.
