What You’ll Do
- Be the go‑to guide for clients navigating the housing process and think of yourself as their housing superhero!
- Build strong partnerships with landlords and property managers to open doors (literally!) for those in need.
- Help clients overcome challenges such as credit issues or past evictions and how your advocacy can change lives.
- Mediate tenant–landlord conflicts and keep housing relationships positive and sustainable.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance because details matter.
